Hair Care, Fish Tail Braids and Photo Shoots

How To Care For Your Hair Extensions
Hair extensions are just like your own hair only the hair can not repair itself SO you can shampoo and conditioner your extensions but they don’t need it so often.  If you have a lot of product in your extensions then wash them or if not every week or two is fine!
-First of all it is best to detangle your extensions with a wide toothed comb, make sure you start from the ends though, this will stop the hair from pulling and getting even more tangled.
-The best way to wash your extensions is in a sink so the water isn’t too hard on the hair.  Wash them with shampoo, be gentle and try not to pull them.
-Rinse and cover them with conditioner, a deep conditioner is probably best as the hair can not repair itself.  Leave them for around twenty minutes and rinse again.
-Don’t rub them with a towel and if you can avoid it then don’t blow dry them as this can be very damaging, simply allow them to dry naturally!  Try a protein spray to add nutrients to your add.
Take note from Kim Kardashian, possibly the glossiest locks in celeb world?!

Totally on trend and impressive is the fish tail plait...
-If you have extensions put them in your hair now,  I actually prefer to create the fishtail using extensions so it creates thicker hair as I find the fishtail plait can get a little thin depending on your hair of course.
-So divide your hair into two sections.
-Pull a thick strand of hair from the outside of the first section over itself and add to the second section.
-Do the same the other side only pulling a thin strand of hair from the outside of the second section and add it to the first section.
-Keep repeating until you reach the end of your hair and either put a band at the end or slightly back comb and use hair spray to go without.
